How we do it.  We take hiring seriously. Our process includes a systematic review of your talent sourcing strategies,  job description, compensation package, interview questions, and more. In some cases we can review resumes and filter for best candidates. In the latter stages of the selection process we issue a select few candidates The Birkman Method™, a comprehensive behavioral and motivational personality assessment. The returned data is carefully evaluated against a variety of integral factors. Finally, we provide an extensive written report of our findings that include a recommendation along with training  and forward looking growth opportunities.
