We work with hospitals, health systems, payers, medical universities, research parks, and businesses to build impactful communications programs and business strategies that drive profitable outcomes in today’s transforming healthcare industry.
DIRECT CLIENT SERVICES AND SUPPORT
The Client Services Manager will undertake ultimate responsibility for managing virtually every dimension of designated client relationships and related client work. Client Services Manager will be required to interact with and manage client needs— safeguarding client satisfaction and ultimate quality of the work we do. Activities will include (but are not limited to) supporting individual client needs as requested or required; travel
to meet with clients; participation and management of internal solution development for clients; customer service activities; and, extensive client service activities. Client Services Manager will be personally responsible for delivering a significant volume of work through their own efforts.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Every member of the Lift1428 team will be asked to manage unique and important projects for a variety of Lift1428 related entities. Activities will include (but are not limited to) individual project management; project support (clerical, logistic, impromptu, and etc.); presentation design and participation; travel to meet client and project needs; and internal logistical support.
SALES SUPPORT
Every member of the Lift1428 team is responsible for business growth, revenue development, and revenue management. Team member will participate in business development activities that support the sales and client acquisition function at multiple levels. Activities will include (but are not limited to) supporting new business acquisition through direct contribution to sales and client presentations; travel to pitch, grow, or manage business opportunities; and presentations and collaboration for prospective clients.
WORK WEEK
40-50 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or advanced degree. Experience in marketing and communications spaces. Knowledge of the healthcare and/or related spaces. Intellectually crisp. Extremely organized. Excellent communicator. Able to withstand heavy workloads.
