RedPoint offers packaged “products” for existing teams within corporations (i.e. sales, services, design, editorial, IT, Customer Service, etc.). Each product is delivered following the same process:


  1. Conduct a Needs Assessment – data is collected through interviews, observational data and discussions with senior leaders.

  2. Administer The Birkman Method® Assessment – this assessment is a multi-purpose, high end and in-depth psychometric evaluation tool.

  3. Presentation of Findings – a thoroughly written report will be delivered with actionable recommendations for the team.

Cultural Assessment

An organization’s culture is always in play. Culture affects everything from workplace satisfaction to individual and team performance to internal and external perceptions of the company. RedPoint consultants have a number of both objective and subjective tools to assist in identifying your corporate culture. Identification of a particular company’s culture is highlighted by an awareness of the collective values, attitudes and beliefs that either encourage or discourage productive behaviors. For example, a company whose mission is established on their “belief in the value of their product or service, delivered at a fair price, by a supportive staff of caring professionals, who are treated with respect and appreciation by their employer” would likely benefit from a positive internal perception by employees.
